Complete refurbishment of a Grade I listed, five storey property, including full design to meet the customer’s specific requirements, specification of fitments, and installation of fully functional power, lighting, AV and data systems.
What we did
- Installation of exterior landscape lighting (to a third party design) and a mains distribution system covering all five floors.
- An LED low energy lighting system throughout, including recessed lighting to the stone staircases, trimless downlights, cabinetry illumination and speciality chandeliers.
- Small power to suit the client’s needs using wiring accessories from Focus.
- A fully wired Cat 6 data system with full WiFi coverage, AV wiring including satellite and TV distribution, supply and installation of TV wall brackets and Sonos audio equipment, a video door entry system, and control wiring for the mechanical services with Heatmiser Neo stats for web based control.
